After that, Microsoft charges $6/user/month — only for agents who work tickets directly in Azure DevOps. Moderators and end users who use the TicketLog portal never need an ADO license.
Anyone with a TicketLog portal account — that means both moderators (team members who handle tickets in TicketLog) and end users (clients and staff who submit tickets). Support agents who work tickets directly in Azure DevOps don't count toward your TicketLog user limit.
